Everything on this website — including articles, guides, and the free risk assessments — is general information and education. It is not a diagnosis, not individual health advice, and not a substitute for a proper consultation with a registered health practitioner who has actually assessed you.

The risk assessments

The online assessments are screening and education tools. They estimate risk based on established research, but they cannot examine you. A low score is not a guarantee of safety and a high score is not a diagnosis. If something hurts, is getting worse, or worries you, get assessed in person — by us or by any qualified practitioner you trust.

Emergencies

This website is not for emergencies. If you have severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, loss of bladder or bowel control, saddle numbness, or symptoms following significant trauma, seek urgent medical care or call 000.

Bookings and fees

Appointment fees are listed on the appointments page and are payable at the time of your visit. There are no lock-in plans or prepaid packages. Online bookings are processed by Pracsuite under their terms of service.
