Scarborough Chiro Clinic (39 Edgehill St, Scarborough WA 6019) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain English, what this website collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

Booking: online bookings are handled by Pracsuite, our practice management system. The details you enter there (name, contact details, appointment information) are collected to manage your appointments and clinical care, and are handled in line with Australian privacy law and our obligations as a registered health practice.

Free assessments: our online risk assessments run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored on a server. If you choose to enter your email at the end, we use it once to send you a copy of your results via our email provider. Providing an email is optional — results always display on screen regardless.

Phone and email: if you call or email us, we keep the details needed to respond to you and, if you become a patient, as part of your clinical record.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing emails you did not ask for. This site does not run third-party advertising trackers.

Health records

Clinical records are kept securely and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and AHPRA requirements. You can request access to your records at any time.
