Most of it is listening and examining before anything else happens. Hands-on treatment starts on day one.

How the Tune-Up works
The Tune-Up is a quick, focused adjustment for regulars who know exactly what they need. We keep it off online booking on purpose, so it stays a by-request option rather than a default. Just phone the clinic on 08 6400 6506 to arrange one. It pairs especially well straight after a massage with our in-house therapist, when your muscles are already warm and relaxed.

Pain Pattern: Full System Audit
For back pain, neck pain, headaches, or flare-ups that keep coming back the same way. Instead of only treating the sore spot, we audit the whole system: your history, your symptoms, how you move, your strength, your work demands, your training load, your sleep, your stress, and your lifestyle. You leave with a clear picture of what is contributing and a plan to change it.
The Runner's Assessment
A 90-minute deep dive for runners who keep hitting the same niggles, are returning from injury, or are building toward something bigger. We work through your running history, training load, strength, and movement, so you understand what may be contributing and exactly what to build next.
